     Application Guide

    Combiner combines the multi-channel signals into one-way signal, applying to GSM, CDMA dual-frequency direct amplifier stations and indoor coverage systems. It has characteristics of small volume and wide isolation between channels. It is divided into same frequency combiner and different frequency combiner. The different frequency combiner, combining different-frequency signals into one-way signal containing different frequencies, is different from the same frequency combiner, which combines same-frequency signal.

  • Filter

    Application Guide

    Filter is an important component used to separate or assemble different frequency signals in the microwave system. It has frequency-selected function, inhibiting the unwanted frequency signals and selecting inundated signals. Adopting the high Q value structure, filter has the characteristics of low standing wave, low insertion loss, high working power, etc. There are four types of filters: high pass, low pass, pass-band and stop-band. Pass-band filters are usually used.

  • Duplexer

      Application Guide

    Being the simplest form of multiplexer, duplexer is a device separating two-way signals of different frequencies, and is a combination of uplink filter connecting with downlink filter in a yet-to-be-determined pattern. Distinct from that power divider separates same-frequency signal into two parts of equal power,duplexer picks up the signals of different frequencies from the public port(ANT port), and allocates the signals separately to the transmission port(TX) and receive port(RX).

  • Coupler

    Application Guide

    Directional coupler is commonly used for sampling microwave signals in specified flows. In the absence of the load, directional coupler is usually a 4-port network. Generally adopting parallel coupling lines, the length of coupling zone is an integral multiple of one-fourth wavelength. Coupler's direct output is not adjacent structurally to the coupling port, with discrepancy of output phase of 90 degrees or 180 degrees. The remaining port is called isolation port, which does not export any energy theoretically.

  • Isolator & Circulator

    Application Guide

    Isolator/Ciculator is a kind of device which adopts non-reciprocal characteristics ferrite materials to achieve non-reciprocal transfer of microwave signals. In a circulator, microwave signal imports from one port and exports to the adjacent prot repeatedly in order to realize signal transmission. When a prot of circulator is connected with matching load, the circulator can be used as an isolator, also known as single-direction transfer, which only allows microwave signal to pass in single direction. Isolator/circulator involves various forms, such as stripline, microstrip, waveguide, etc., widely used in many fields like radar, microwave communications(including satellite communications and mobile communications) and microwave energy.
